PRADIS is a program for analysis of dynamic systems
PRADIS is a software for analysis of dynamic systems of different physical nature.
The program is developed since 1992 from VAX platform. In this period on practice mathemetical kernel and models were tested, it was shown high reliability and accuracy of algorithms and models.
The program base on following principles:
  • universality
  • openness
PRADIS - Analysis of dynamic systems
Priciple of universality allows to perform analysis of any technical systems, behavior of one is described by differential equation system. Real possibility of simulation are defined by library of models of program. In PRADIS it is possible not only separate simulation, but also combine simulation of defferent physical systems. There are more than 160 models in library:
  • mechanics
  • biomechanics (dummy simulation)
  • electronics
  • hydraulics
  • pneumatics
  • control theory elements
  • finite elements (beam, rod, tria etc.)
  • contact elements
  • coupled elements (for different physical systems)
Principle of openness allows to create own model library to each user. It allows to tune the program for own needs and to take part in development of common library. Openness of input-output formats of files allows to development own tools for task creation and result analysis.
Huge advantage of program before other same programs is a large library of models. Especially the mechanical library is developed. Features of mechanics simulation:
  • multibody simulation
  • flexible body simulation
  • broad spectrum of contact models (including contact of facets, that is any complex geometry)
  • large assortment of joints (including friction and elasticity)
  • possibilities of dummies, dummy elements, car safety systems simulation
  • combine simulation with other physical systems
At present the automotive module is developed very actively. One of users is JSC AVTOVAZ (LADA). Engineers of AVTOVAZ solve problems of chassis, mechanisms, design and dummy simulation at the impact with help of PRADIS.

LADUGA took part in conference CADFEM–2006. The conference was in Moscow, Russia. The main problems of conference were CFD and strength. LADUGA presented report Optimization of passanger compartment framework by using linear static methods.
